If we work together, you might lose weight—if that’s your goal. You will definitely get stronger. You will notice changes in your body. But at first it's going to be about the benefits of showing up every week and prioritizing yourself, your health and your wellbeing. And that might sound boring, but how many of us actually do that? How many people struggle to find an hour every week to focus on their health? That's actually what keeps my clients coming back.

(Though if you are looking to hit those physical goals sooner, a 12-week kick-start program is the way to do it.)

Do you struggle to work out at home or have a gym membership collecting dust? Sometimes it just takes the accountability of another person to actually get up and do the thing you want to do.

With personal training, you also get the benefit of not having to guess where to start or when to increase the difficulty of your workout.

And not to brag, but I do try to keep my music playlists fresh (I even take requests).

I’m not normally into the whole “transformation” idea, but I thought it would be cool to share this as I’m coming up on about 2 years of operating my personal training business. It’s been a really cool experience and I couldn’t be happier with how it has turned out. I’ve been able to help people close to me improve their lives as well develop awesome new relationships with total strangers who I may have otherwise missed out on meeting!

I just want to express my appreciation for everyone who has come through here and worked with me in any capacity and I look forward to continuing to progress with all of you and anyone else who willing to give it a shot! 💪🏼

Did you hate running the mile in high school? If so, don’t force yourself to run one now. Your physical activity should be designed around things you want to be doing. It could look like dancing a few times per week or walking your dog once a day. Whatever keeps you coming back.
