++ 2023 Plans for Broadway Pickleball ++

We have a lot to look forward to this year! But we must advise you that because temperatures are very important in the resurfacing process, we can expect the courts to underconstruction for several months. Depending upon the weather, if March is warm weather consistantly, construction may begin then.... and you can expect the courts not to open until June.

We can live with a slow and expert contruction process that will not make our courts have a short life-span from CRACKS!

We share this knowledge so everyone can make appropriate plans during March-June while the Best Pickleball Courts are being underconstruction :)

July 6th, Wednesday - Update
** The western pickleball court was occupied with Doubles Tennis this morning... In the future, we can expect tension, over who has rights to the Pickleball/Tennis court. There are 5 other Tennis courts, yet we have seen people who will choose the pickleball court to play on, even though tennis courts are vacant....
