Landmine Sots Press. I like to call it isometric squat landmine press. It’s lethal on the legs and it doesn’t take much weight to make it effective. I like the active shoulders at the top to show control and achieve full range of motion.

Tricep kickbacks are effective for targeting the triceps, but only if you maintain proper elbow height. At the top of the movement, the dumbbells should be level with or slightly above your elbows. A common mistake is letting the arms drop and pointing the dumbbells down and back instead of up and high.
