**MUSKIES SPOTLIGHT : COACHES EDITION**

Today, we are incredibly proud to shine the spotlight on our phenomenal Majors coaching crew: Jacob Husing, Bob Chasteen, & Bob Olson!

⭐ Meet the Coaches ⭐

🔴 Jacob Husing: "My name is Jacob Husing. I've been coaching youth baseball for the past 4 years, but this is the first year I've done it for the Muskies (I've coached in Eagle River the previous 3 years). I have 4 kids and it was a great year for all of us to meet new families in our area! I've been a math teacher at Northland Pines for the past 17 years."

🔵 Bob Chasteen: "I'm Bob Chasteen and have helped coach for 4+ years. I have two kids. Im a Commercial Banker with Nicolet Bank. I enjoy fishing with my kids outside of coaching baseball."

🔴 Bob Olson: "I'm Bob Olson and have helped coach for 5+ years. I played baseball for Lakeland Union High School and enjoy helping our Muskies grow their baseball skills. I'm married with 5 kids and when we're not playing baseball, I like to be outdoors hunting, wheeling and fishing."

On and off the field, these men are making a lasting impact on our community. Beyond developing great baseball skills, they've modeled how to handle life's tough moments. They are teaching our boys to face adversity with three defining values:

👉🏼Grit: Keeping their heads up and pushing forward when the play gets tough.

👉🏼Tenacity: Giving 100% effort from the first pitch to the final out.

👉🏼Grace: Respecting the game, their teammates, and their opponents—win or lose.

We are incredibly grateful for their dedication, the countless hours they volunteer, and the outstanding role models they have been for our boys.

Thank you, Coach Jacob and Coach Bob × 2!! 🙌🏼🎉

⚾️ **MUSKIES SPOTLIGHT: COACHES EDITION** ⚾️

Today, we are shining the spotlight on two amazing leaders in our 8U Rookies Team: **Coach Randi and Coach Andy**!

🔴“I’m Randi Lieteau, I am a wife and a mother of a 5 and 7 year old. Before this season, I knew next to nothing about baseball, but this is the sport my Son loves! So I learned and am having a blast helping coach his team. Outside of baseball, we love the outdoors, being on the water and turning our home into a mini homestead.”

🔴“This is my first year coaching baseball, but I played for 10 years growing up. Outside of coaching, I am an Electrician. My wife, 3 kids, and I like to camp and garden. I enjoy fishing and hunting in my free time.”-Andy Schommer

As a **100% not-for-profit, volunteer-run organization**, the Sayner - St. Germain Youth Baseball relies entirely on our community stepping up. We are so incredibly grateful to Randi and Andy for donating their time and energy to these kids. Without volunteers like them, this program wouldn't be possible!

Thank you, Coach Randi and Coach Andy, for everything you do on and off the field! 🙌🏼

Drop a thank you in the comments 👇🏼 or in person next time you see them!

I spy some Sayner - St. Germain Youth Baseball representation at the Chevy Baseball Clinic with the Wausau Woodchucks! W2G boys! ⚾

For anyone who was not able to make it this year, we HIGHLY recommend signing up next year. It is free, fun & helpful for developing skills. There's also some pretty nice Chevy's to look at!

Thank you Chevy & the Woodchucks for putting this on for the kids! ❤️
