Earlier this week, South Caldwell High wrestling participated in a "Wrestling Bridges the Gap" match with Mitchell High School, Swain High School, and Christ School. The match raised funds to repair bridges in Western North Carolina damaged by Hurricane Helene. Many families throughout Western North Carolina are still experiencing difficulty traveling because many small and private bridges are awaiting repair, and "Wrestling Bridges the Gap" is working to speed up the repairs.
