We are a non-combative, non-competitive Tae Kwon Do Academy dedicated to redefining Tae Kwon Do as an Art, and not only a sport. Our Academy acknowledges the fact that all students are different, have varying skill levels and different physical wants and needs. Others wish to decrease their anxiety or depression. Still others want to increase their confidence or self-discipline. Some are just looking for good exercise and fun. At our Academy, each student is treated individually, by instructors who are trained to gauge a person's progress by his or her own abilities. In this way, all students achieve according to their own scale and develop confidence as they meet their own goals.
