Today, we celebrate the moms, grandmothers, aunties, guardians, and mother figures who cheer the loudest, show up the earliest, and pour love, encouragement, and support into our young athletes every day.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and it's a good reminder of something we think about every day at NAofA: movement matters. 💛

Active kids aren't just building stronger bodies. They're building confidence, resilience, and friendships that help them handle big feelings. That's why social and emotional learning is woven into everything we do, from how our coaches lead warm-ups to how we celebrate effort over outcome.

Because kids who feel seen, supported, and capable on the field carry that with them everywhere else too.
