Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of hosting hundreds of Olympic weightlifting clinics across the country.
From packed platforms and light-bulb moments, to big PRs and even bigger community energy. These events have been some of the most rewarding parts of my coaching career.

But I’m setting my sights on something bigger.
2026 is about to be the biggest year yet.

I’ve spent a lifetime in this sport as an athlete, as a coach, and as a student of Olympic weightlifting.
The one thing that has never changed is this: good coaching matters.
With the start of the new year, seeing a lot of new faces through clinics and competition, I’m offering a New Year special on programming by Cohen Weightlifting. Your first three months for only $160.
Whether you’re new to the lifts, refining technique, or preparing for competition, my goal is the same: help you move better, lift smarter, and make consistent progress no matter where you train from.
This includes individualized programming, technical feedback on the sn**ch and clean & jerk, and guidance built from decades in the sport with competition coaching for all at no additional charge since I will already be there.

Another incredible clinic with an outstanding crew at CrossFit Mile Zero.
From start to finish, this group brought great energy, asked thoughtful questions, and showed a real commitment to improving their lifts. It was a pleasure breaking down the olympic lifts with athletes who genuinely want to learn, refine, and get better.

Huge thank you to the coaches and community at Mile Zero for the hospitality and the hard work. I truly enjoyed working with you all. Key West did not disappoint. Looking forward to the next time we get to train together. 🏋️‍♂️💪

Awesome energy, attentive athletes, and a crew that truly cares about learning the lifts the right way. It was a pleasure working with everyone and watching progress happen in real time.

Huge thank you to the Sea Dog community for the hospitality and enthusiasm. This is what weightlifting is all about. Looking forward to getting back and building on this momentum.
