Let’s be clear about something…
Everybody is not confused. Some people are calculated.
They know exactly what they said.
They know exactly what they did.
And when you bring it up, suddenly they “don’t understand,” “didn’t mean it like that,” or now YOU’RE doing too much.
No.
Overthinking is real, yes… but it doesn’t come from nowhere.
It comes from a moment your spirit picked up on something your mind is still trying to process. A shift. A tone. An inconsistency. A feeling that didn’t sit right.
That’s your awareness… not your weakness.
And let me free you from something real quick—
Closure is not always a conversation.
Some people will never admit that you were right because it requires accountability they have no intention of taking.
So you’ll be waiting for honesty from someone committed to avoidance.
Don’t do that to yourself.
You don’t need their explanation to validate what you experienced.
You need your standards to decide what you tolerate.
So now the question becomes…
Are you staying on this ride, hoping it gets better?
Or are you getting off before it costs you more?
Confidently, of course✨️
Tonight, I want you to write down one situation where you felt “off” but stayed anyway.
Then answer this: What did I know in that moment that I tried to talk myself out of?
That’s where your next level of confidence lives.
