Good morning Bradley residents,

The Board of Directors is hosting an open member meeting this Thursday, the 18th. The meeting will take place at 7pm at the Clubhouse, 7 Dunnoman Drive. The Board will address homeowner community concerns and provide updates for clubhouse improvements for its residents. We hope to see you there.

Happy Friday Bradley,
The swimming pool mushroom feature has just been repainted for the season. The pump for the water for the mushroom will be off through the weekend, so the paint may cure. The pool remains open. The mushroom will be functioning again beginning Monday the 18th. Hope everyone has an enjoyable weekend.

Good afternoon and Happy Friday Bradley residents. The pool will be opening on May 1, 2026 and remain open through September 30, 2026. Please remember not to allow people to follow you through the pool gates without scanning their amenity card. Pool access is for Bradley residents and their guests (up to six) per household. Please familiarize yourself with the Rules and Regulations for the pool and amenity center. Hoping everyone has a safe and enjoyable summer.
