Awesome group of gals for our Yoga in the Park Class!! ☀️💯🌈

Congrats to all the brides to be who join these fun classes with their cool crews! 👯‍♀️👯‍♀️👯‍♀️

I always love learning where people are getting and married and how they got engaged. I make sure to ask for the brides favorite pose and include it in class.

We have offered Yoga in the Park every Saturday at 10am since 2016! 💫🌻☀️

Savasana under the trees is superbly relaxing and enjoyable. 🌳🌴🌿

Each class is beginner friendly with some fun challenges for experienced practitioners.

Taught a group of super stoked surfers last week and it went amazing!! ☀️🙌🏼🌊

All of the students got up and enjoyed Tybee’s fun small waves which are perfect to learn on! 🏄🏻‍♀️🏄‍♂️🌊🌊🌊

The Savannah Jazz Fest began in the distance right as yoga class started. What a fun background melody as we journeyed through a gentle and fun asana flow under the live oak trees.
