Dear Little League Families and Coaches,
We want to sincerely apologize for the recent game cancellations, delays, and last-minute schedule changes that many of you have experienced.
The City is currently replacing fencing at several of our ball fields. Unfortunately, we have not been provided with a construction schedule or advance notice regarding when specific fields will be unavailable. As a result, we are often learning about closures with little to no warning and are forced to make adjustments as quickly as possible.
Please know that the Board is working diligently to relocate games whenever feasible and minimize disruptions to the season. We understand how frustrating schedule changes can be for players, families, coaches, and volunteers, especially when plans have already been made.
We ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate circumstances that are beyond our control. Our primary goal remains providing a safe and positive experience for all players while making the best use of the facilities available to us.
We appreciate your flexibility, support, and continued commitment to our Little League community. We will continue to communicate updates as soon as information becomes available.
