Meet Laura and Taylor, the wonderful owners of The Body Shop of Sauk Prairie! 🧘💙

This week, we’re excited to spotlight The Body Shop of Sauk Prairie, a top notch local Pilates studio located right here in Sauk City.

At Sauk Spine, we love seeing people take steps toward stronger, healthier, more active lives — and The Body Shop is a wonderful place to do just that. Their studio offers private lessons, duet lessons, and group classes, with certified instructors who welcome a variety of experience levels.

Pilates can be a great way to build strength, improve body awareness, support better movement, and carve out a little “you time” in the middle of a busy week. We especially appreciate that The Body Shop studio is a light, relaxing space where the tension of the day can fall away. 🧘💪
