Let’s beat this pandemic. What you can control is your fitness weather it’s a walk or exercise at home. The best way is to use food to help build your immune system like pistachio crusted salmon with lemon. Mashed sweet potatoes with cinnamon, turmeric, and local honey. And of course steamed broccoli. Use this time to improve your culinary skills.
