A quick reminder for families:
⏰ Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled session time.

Session Times:
⭐ Ages 5–9: 5:00–6:30 PM
⭐ Ages 10–14: 6:30–8:15 PM

⚠️ Limited drop-in spots may be available. We strongly encourage families to secure their spot online ahead of time. Walk-ins are welcome to stop by the gym to see if we can accommodate them based on availability.

Looking for a great way to get your athlete in shape before the season? The Saugus Sachems Spring Track Program is the perfect way to build speed, endurance, and agility for both football players and cheerleaders!

This beginner-friendly program is designed to help young athletes improve their conditioning while having fun and learning the fundamentals of track & field.
