Sydnie exploits elements of the Petrov/Bubka Technical model. Watch the take off and how quickly she whips the trail leg powerfully to the top of the pole and DOES NOT TUCK. I was told by one of the experts indoors last year that only the fastest athletes could achieve the Petrov/Bubka technical model. Hmmmm?

This is an ordinary Sophomore that has executed a free takeoff and is able to achieve desirable key positions. He increased 1' 4" since the Saugatuck clinic last summer by practicing repetitive drills learned from Alan Launder. How much will you or your vaulters improve this year?
