Some weeks you’ll hit every workout you planned. Other weeks, life happens.

You might miss a class. Your schedule gets crazy. You need a day to rest.

That’s okay.

What matters is that you come back.

You don’t have to start over every time you miss a day. Just pick up where you left off and keep going. ❤️
