Your SWH Lady Trojans Softball team will be hosting a fundraiser tomorrow, Saturday July 7th at Price Cutter in Cassville from 11-2! There will be hot dogs, chips, and a drink. Cost is donation. Come out and support your Lady Trojans!

Congratulations to these young ladies, as well as to the entire 2017 SW Lady Trojans' softball team. Individual recognition is awesome, but it doesn't always happen without a total team effort. We are looking forward to an even better season in 2018.

TOURNAMENT RULES
Entry Fee will be $125
Home team will be determined by a coin flip
Home team will be the official scorebook
Games will have a 1 hour 15 minute time limit
Pregame infield only on team’s first game of the day
Each team will provide 1 softball per game
Run rule in effect is 11 runs after 3 innings or 7 runs after 5 innings
Plaque will be award to the champion only
Concessions will be available
Admission will be $5 for the day
Batting cage and small field available for warm-up
Please send coach and AD contact info in case of bad weather

As long as Diamond can get a bus and the weather cooperates, we will host two exhibition JV games on Wednesday, March 22nd. The games will start at 4:00 pm.

Verona Softball Tournament Schedule 2017

9:00 Verona vs Galena
10:30 Exeter vs Southwest
12:00 Galena vs Exeter
1:30 Verona vs Southwest
3:00 Southwest vs Galena
4:30 Verona vs Exeter

Champion will be decided by 1. Best Record 2. Head to Head 3. Runs allowed if 3
way tie.

We will play on 1:15 minute time limit. No inning will start after 1:15. There will be 15 minutes between games.

We will start early if possible.

Team entry fee $150.00 – 3 game guarantee.

Rain out reschedule to 4-1-2016 if possible. Contact Brad Stewart for availability.

Home team determined by coin flip.

Games will be 1:15min length with 15 minutes between games.

Gate Entry Fee:
$10.00 Family
$4.00 Single Adult
$2.00 Students

Water cooler provided in each dugout.

Game ball will be provided for each game.

Games will be played in Verona BB/SB field about ½ mile east of Verona HS.

Fans will need to bring lawn chairs for seating.

Jamboree for Saturday has been moved to Monday, due to inclement weather. We will still have practice at 8:30 am tomorrow morning. Be prepared for an indoor practice in the high school gym.
