Due to field conditions and the additional potential for rain tonight and tomorrow, we will postpone the baseball and softball camp scheduled for tomorrow Tuesday June 15. We will look to reschedule it after the 4th of July break.

Good afternoon Oiler Nation,

Summer on the Rig kicks off tomorrow with the start of SAC Camp for ALL incoming 7th–12th grade West Hardin athletes.

Athletes should arrive in workout-appropriate clothing. Locker rooms are not available during the summer. SAC will include track work, lifting, and agility training on grass and the gym floor—proper footwear is required.

Water will be provided, but athletes are encouraged to bring their own water bottle.

High school athletes report at 7:25 AM
Junior high athletes report at 9:25 AM

For skills sessions, camps, or summer leagues, contact your head coach.

Parents, we are in this together, please help us ensure athletes are getting to summer workouts. Success takes consistency and commitment.

Expectation for ALL West Hardin athletes: if you are in town, you are at SAC Camp.

Join us for 3 days of FUN, SPIRIT, FRIENDSHIPS, and GROWTH at the West Hardin Mini Cheer Camp!

🎉 Campers will also participate in a special showcase on the final day to show off everything they’ve learned!

Thank you to everyone who attended last night’s Booster Club meeting! We are excited to share several important updates as we continue building support for our West Hardin student-athletes.

✅ Naming of the Concession Stand
The motion to officially name the concession stand “Mighty Mac’s” passed. 💙💛

✅ Concession Stand Volunteers
We discussed the need for concession stand volunteers for Varsity Home Games. Individuals, teams, clubs, and organizations are encouraged to help. More information and sign-ups will be shared soon.

✅ Storage Space Approved
Storage space for Booster Club needs was approved.

✅ Board Voting Completed
Voting was completed for both existing and new board members.

We are excited to welcome this group as they begin another year of supporting and serving West Hardin Athletics. We are also thrilled to introduce a brand-new position this year, Social Media Manager, which will help highlight our athletes, teams, coaches, and programs through game day graphics, athlete spotlights, event coverage, and more.

The Athletic Booster Club is much more than meetings and fundraisers. The Friday night football concession stand? That’s us. The Athletic Banquet? That’s us. Mother & Son Football Pictures? That’s us. Throughout the year, our Booster Club works behind the scenes to help provide opportunities, experiences, and support for our student-athletes and coaches.

As we look ahead to another exciting year, we are always accepting new members and volunteers. Whether you can volunteer at events, help with fundraising, work the concession stand, or simply support our mission, every contribution makes a difference.

Our athletes are successful because of the support of this community, and we’d love for you to be a part of it. If you’ve ever thought about getting involved, now is the perfect time!
