Rooftop yoga, whisking, breathwork, meditation, a sound bath, even a cello experience on the roof … all special sessions, with the exception of rooftop yoga and the cello experience, are included in the normal social sauna price 🤗

Welcome to summer at KOS! Marka is sitting pretty in her new spot at Lago, and we’re already enjoying the playful waves and breeze in our hair. Here is information to make your summer sweat sessions as smooth as can be!

📍 We are now located at the southeasternmost corner of the docks (see the second photo for our exact location and walking path). It’s about 500 feet from the parking lot, so please leave yourself a few extra minutes to get there.

💦 Plunging is available in the adjacent slip. There is no lifeguard on duty, so enter the water at your own risk. Plunging in the front, back, and side of the boat is prohibited.

🛟 The plunge water depth is 30 feet. Please bring any swimming aids or flotation devices you may need to help you feel comfortable in the open water.

🔥 During this 90-minute journey, you will experience the rhythm of the sauna cycle (heat, cold, and rest) with live cello woven between rounds to support deep relaxation and full-body integration. This evening is designed to help you release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself through the elements of fire, water, and sound.

We are thrilled to offer two guided Aufguss Aromatherapy Ceremonies next Saturday 5/9 in collaboration with Sarah Spoto and .life! We hope that you will join us for these special, transformative wellness journeys on Saratoga Lake.

💨 Aufguss is a sauna ritual that combines heat, steam, essential oils, music, and fanning to circulate aromatic steam throughout the sauna.
🔥 The 75-minute ceremony includes three rounds of guided heat and two pauses for rest and hydration.
🧘 The heat and steam stimulate circulation, ease muscles, and calm the nervous system.
🌸 Our host Sarah Spoto is Connecticut’s first Aufguss Master and the founder of Badii Swiss-inspired wellness.

🌸 Thank you to our fellow seekers who joined us yesterday for an evening of reflection, gratitude, release, and manifestation under the pink full moon. We shared, we burned, we sweat, and we even howled at the moon! Named for the blooming spring flowers (phlox), this moon symbolized a natural «spring cleaning» to let go of stagnant energy and create room for growth.

🌕 Please join Kate and Brenda 𝒃 𝒓 𝒆 𝒏 𝒅 𝒂 🪩 for our next ritual under the Flower Full Moon on May 1, 5:30-8:00 pm at KOS. Registration is $75 and limited to 15 people on the Yoga Mandali website.
