A little summer reminiscing… Part 2 ☀️

This one is for our Battle Buddies, our people, our family. ❤️

As summer comes to an end, we couldn’t let it pass without looking back at all the fun, laughs, hard work, and memories we made together.

From the workouts to sweaty high fives, random dance parties, big wins, inside jokes, and everything in between… this crew knows how to make the most of it. There’s something pretty special about watching a group of people show up for themselves while also showing up for each other.

So here’s to one awesome summer. Thank you for making the memories, bringing the energy, and making BGF what it is.

The countdown is on, and there’s no better place to prepare than Battleground Fitness, an Official HYROX Affiliate Gym.

Our Weekly HYROX Training Schedule
📅 Tuesdays 4:30-5:30 PM
📅 Saturdays 9:15-10:30 AM
📅 Sundays 7:30-8:45 AM

✔️ Elite Membership: $185/month (Unlimited Classes)
✔️ Gold Membership: $150/month (14 Classes/Month)
✔️ 10 Class Pack: $230 (3-month expiration)

Hey all, I’m Coach Dave 👋

Fitness has been a huge part of my life for the last 10 years, and it’s completely changed me—physically, mentally, and emotionally. That’s what inspired me to become a coach and help others experience those same kinds of changes.

For the past 4 years, I’ve been working with individuals and small groups, helping people build strength, improve their fitness, and gain confidence both inside and outside the gym.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me training for a Spartan Race, HYROX race, or spending time golfing, hiking, or paddleboarding.

No matter where you’re starting from, we’re here to help you reach your goals in a fun, supportive environment.

Allow me to introduce myself:

I’m Coach Ken! A certified personal trainer, I specialize in strength and conditioning. I work with osteoporotic clients, and adults of all ages!

My main goals as a coach are to build a healthy routine that you can carry out for the rest of your days, and provide consistent and positive reinforcement along the way!

Outside the gym, I am a competitive powerlifter (USAPL), competitive golfer (NYSGA), love riding my bike with my wife, camping and fishing!
