Skidmore College men's basketball first-year standout Jacob Gooden was named the D3hoops.com Rookie of the Year for Region 3 as announced on Monday Morning.

Jacob Gooden was named the Liberty League Men's Basketball Rookie of the Year, and Joey Skoric earned the Defensive Player of the Year as voted by the league's coaches and announced on Tuesday. Gooden was also joined on the All-Liberty League Third Team by Aidan Roy.
