Hi! This is Kariann one of the fitness instructors! I’ve been hearing “I need to get back to exercising but I’m not sure if this class will be too hard for me?” “I’m so out of shape I’m going to look like a fool.” “I don’t want to be the only bigger girl in the class.” “I might be too old and my bladder will not be okay!” GUESS WHAT??? Want to know a secret? I feel all those thoughts and feelings myself everyday! I recently went through one of the lowest mental health places of my life. Some would call it a mental breakdown. My eating went to crap, I didn’t exercise, and I gained a lot of weight. Want to know what my brain is telling me? “You can’t be a fitness instructor not being in optimal shape!!!!” “You are going to look like a fool” “No one will take you serious!” NEWS FLASH!!! We’re all in this together. This class is for everyone! There will be sweat, a lot of sweat from yours truly! There will be p*e! Post baby bladder is real!! It’s going to happen! 😂 (I suggest wearing a panty liner or a full on diaper like one of my friends does lol!!) We will laugh about it and move on! There will be modifications for every level. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced. This class is about being in a room with woman who will uplift, inspire, and it is a judgement free zone! Every body shape is welcome! Every fitness level is welcome! Take the step to improve your life by self care and FUN!!! We’re right there with you on this journey! 🙌🏻💗

Have you signed up for class yet?? I have some tips to make the first class a great experience!

1- Don’t eat a large meal right before the class. With wearing the harness and the flying around the room, you can get nauseous if you’ve just eaten.

2- Make sure your hair is pulled up. I suggest either a high pony or a low one that way it doesn’t get in the way of the tether.

3- Wear longer workout pants. Anything below the knee is perfect. This is just for the comfort of wearing the harness.

4- You can decide to go bear feet or wear tennis shoes. It’s your choice! You shouldn’t wear socks only because you won’t have any grip to get the full benefits of the bungee.
