A month of movement, milestones & fall fun at Dance Fire Saratoga! Join our October classes. No dance partner needed!

• Ladies Styling: Thursdays at 7pm, starting October 8
• Beginner East Coast Swing: Thursdays at 8pm, starting October 8
• Latin Cardio Fitness: Tuesdays at 7:15pm, starting October 6
• Competition Class at Niskayuna: Mondays at 8pm, starting October 5

• October 17–18: Fall Medal Achievement & Progress Check at Niskayuna with guest examiner Cristiano Callegari, available for coaching starting October 16;
• October 26–27: Guest coach Rita Algarra, including a Master Class at Niskayuna on October 26 at 7pm.

Quickstep is not only fun and energetic, it’s also an amazing cardio workout! 💃🕺

Dance Master Tom and his lovely partner, our team member Tamara, recently performed their Lady and the Tramp Quickstep for our local community, bringing plenty of speed, energy, and personality to the floor!

And the cutest part? 🐾❤️ Tom and Tamara actually have two adorable dogs named Lady and Tramp! We think this Quickstep song was meant to be! 🐶🐶
