What if I told you I used to eat Mcdonald’s every day? 🍔🍟🥤

I’m not talking about a little happy meal; I’m talking full-on SUPERSIZE me. My exact order was two cheeseburgers, a medium fry, six-piece nugget and a large coke. Some days I’d even add on an apple pie.

I’d consume more than my total daily calories burned in less than 15min. The saddest part is, that was the highlight of my day.

The bottom looked like a sugar addiction. 💀

I had no purpose, no drive, and no self-esteem. How I took care of my body was a direct reflection of that.

I’m not saying it was easy, but when I decided I couldn’t continue wasting my potential and barely participating in life was when I really started living. ✨

I was able to do it because I wanted to love myself again. I wanted to FEEL good.

My outward appearance is merely a byproduct of the lowest version of myself deciding that she owed herself more.

⚡️More energy
⚡️More confidence
⚡️More joy
⚡️More love
⚡️More everything!
