Sometimes, one family is all you need to create an amazing, fun, and meaningful class!

Cameron and Coco brought their 5 year old, Julian, and he absolutely impressed me with his focus, strength, bravery, and willingness to learn! 👏❤️

Doing karate alongside a familiar face can make the experience even more exciting and empowering. Julian jumped right in, gave everything a try, and showed us just how much confidence can shine through when kids feel supported and encouraged!

That’s exactly what Buddy Day is all about: building confidence, making memories, and having FUN together‼️

It’s never too late to start KARATE! 🌅🥋

Adult classes begin August 3, and we’d love to have you join us!

This morning we wrapped up our final trial class with three amazing moms who stepped outside their comfort zones, had a blast, and challenged themselves both mentally and physically.

Karate is more than a workout; it’s a chance for families to grow stronger together, build confidence, and create lasting memories. You have to experience it for yourself!

“Apparently… I’ve never been on live television before…” 😂 If you know, you know.

But hey… we made it! Tune in to ABC7 Suncoast View at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, July 7, and check out Miss Jazmyn as she shares everything we’re building at Sunset Coast Karate Studio. I can’t wait to represent our students, our families, and our amazing community. Be sure to watch and cheer us on!

A little bit about our center! We are preschool that was built organically from the ground up and we are so proud of that- we truly believe that children are not predesigned and their education shouldn't be either.

What started out as a concerned mother trying hard to find a place that aligned with her values ended up being a lifelong commitment to the community and her team. We provide a toxic free environment for our students using natural materials everywhere possible to minimize exposure to unwanted harmful chemicals/materials, although costly we feel strong about not cutting corners in order to provide a high-quality program.

An Apple a Day has been going strong for 15 years and is excited for this new chapter in West Bradenton! Don't forget to check us out on Saturday June 27th as we prepare to open our doors July 6th!

A huge thank you to Elite Florida Martial Arts for opening your doors and welcoming our team! 🥋

Our students had an amazing time getting a fresh perspective on sparring, preparing for upcoming tournaments, and gaining valuable experience on the mat. For all of them, this was their first time training with another school, and your kindness and encouragement made all the difference.

We truly appreciate the time, and can’t wait to train together again! Next time coming to the sunny Sarasota roots👊💙

Dads, you rocked it today 🌅🥋

From the first warm up to the final challenge, the energy never slowed down. We saw dads and kids pushing themselves, encouraging each other, laughing together, and giving their absolute best.

The teamwork, determination, connection, and support on display were amazing to watch. Every station brought a new challenge and every challenge brought an opportunity to grow stronger together.

Today was about more than exercise. It was about making memories, building confidence, strengthening family bonds, and showing our kids what effort and perseverance look like.

Thank you to every dad, father figure, and child who came out and gave it their all. We loved every minute of it and cannot wait to do it again! ❤️👊
