When we asked Ross how he feels after completing 100 sessions, he said:

"I have energy. I have excitement. I have vision. I feel good all over."

When Ross first walked into Circle The Sun Fitness, he was 86 years old.

He had already completed physical therapy.

He had multiple levels of his spine fused.

He was dealing with neuropathy, chronic pain, difficulty breathing during simple walks, and had lost confidence in his ability to move through life independently.

Walking to the mailbox was difficult.
Stairs were difficult.
Standing for long periods was difficult.

For five years, Ross avoided vacations because he didn't believe his body could handle all the walking.

Now 100 sessions later Ross has lost over 20 pounds

Reduced his waist from 43" to 34"

Walks stairs without assistance

Regained shoulder mobility

Sleeps through the night with significantly less neuropathy pain

No longer struggles with everyday activities like getting out of a chair, getting out of bed, or stepping off a curb And gets down on the floor and back up on his feet without any help!

At 87 years old, Ross isn't slowing down.

He's preparing for the next chapter.
