in one. CapoFitness is designed to use capoeira to help you achieve your fitness goals. Fun filled classes are designed to get the maximum of results in strength, flexibility, balance and music.

*Please make sure to register for this event at capostore.com
*Please make sure you've already ordered and recieved your white pants from capostore.com
*Friday there will be a special guest teacher at 4pm included with the event purchase
*You will recieve your event shirt Thursday and friday of this week.
*Day of event, make sure your child is fed and rested and arrives at brookeside middle school gymnasium in their event shirts, white pants, and easy shoes.
*Arrive before 9:45 to have time to park and get in line.
*Friends and family welcome 🙂
*You will find your teacher, take your child's shoes, leave your baby with us, and find a seat!
