Pilates Plus

I have decided to close Pilates Plus (again).

The majority of my time will be focused on helping my son rehab from his accident.

Thank you all for supporting me and Pilates Plus for the past 20 years.

My journey in teaching all of you has been incredibly, joyful & fulfilling.

My hope is that all of you continue your Pilates or Exercise practice for many years to come🙏🏻
