🚀 Our Summer Athlete Development Program is now open! We offer structured, small-group training (SGT) designed specifically for young athletes. (Max 6 kids per slot)
What is Small Group Training (SGT)
Its our premium, results-driven program. If your athlete needs specific strength gains, barbell technique, and individualized percentage-based programming to prep for their fall season, this is the spot. Space is limited to keep coaching quality high.
Choose your intensity:
🔹 Development (2 days/wk) – Foundational skills.
🔹 Performance (3 days/wk) – Serious growth.
🔹 Elite (4 days/wk) – The competitor's edge.
🚨 BONUS: Add on GPP Classes (General Physical Preparedness) for only +$80/mo to max out their gains. (Max 12 kids per class)
What is GPP?
General physical preparation. Think speed drills, reaction training, and conditioning. It’s a great, cost-effective way to get extra touches and stay active, but it does not replace the dedicated strength work we do in our Small Groups.
