Whether you are new to Ashtanga or looking to refine your existing practice, this Sunday morning pop-up is an inviting approach to the sequence. Join as we: Move through the traditional sequence with attention to alignment, breath, and safe transitions. Explore modifications to encourage accessibility for all levels of practice experience. Discuss the methodology of the Primary Series with time for questions after practice. Experience with the full primary series is not required, however a regular practice including surya namaskara A and B is suggested.
