Empower Fitness offers challenging and unique Fitness Classes incorporating Cardio Interval Training, Circuits, TRX, & Weights in a state of the art Private Facility here in Sarasota, Florida. The owner/instructor, Lori Lockhart has a BS degree in Exercise Physiology and offers not only Fitness Classes and Personal Training but also Nutritional and Weight Management Consulting.
