Currently sitting at 190lbs. Legs will start coming in more around 180-3. Very excited about how I look at this weight now. Current routine, weight trading split still the same. Just 3x a week of HITT cardio. While hitting macros daily by weighing food. I’m just doing this for me and to give my self a challenge and give people around me motivation especially how time are now! Just keep working on yourself and you accomplish more each day!
