Shoulders That Last — a free workshop at Balance

Shoulder pain doesn’t always mean you have to stop training. Sometimes the key is understanding what’s causing it, what you can safely work through, and how to adjust your training.

Join Dr. Frank Allen and the team from Your Place Physical Therapy for a practical, hands-on workshop focused on keeping your shoulders healthy while you train.

You’ll learn how to screen your own shoulder, recognize some of the most common causes of shoulder pain, understand the difference between soreness and pain you shouldn’t ignore, and modify exercises like bench press, overhead press, pull-ups, and dips when needed.

There will also be plenty of time for Q&A and free mini assessments on site with the Your Place PT clinicians.
