⭐️ Glute Bridge⭐️
⚠️Focus on engaging your glutes and hamstrings.
⭐️ Single Leg Hip Raises
⚠️The power from the exercise should come from your glutes, contract them at the top of the movement.
⭐️Squats to side leg raises⭐️
⚠️Keep your core engaged and make sure your chest is lifted and that you're not rounding or arching your back.
⭐️Swiss Ball Squat⭐️
⚠️Make sure you initiate the movement with your hips, not your knees and do not let your heels come off the floor.
⭐️Static Squat Hold⭐️
⚠️Don’t let the knees extend out over the toes or sink inwards towards the center of your body.
Squeeze the glutes hard by clenching those cheeks together😉enifitness TeamWorkMakesTheDreamWorkOut

⭐️Bent Over Barbell Row ⭐️
⚠️Keep your torso stationary throughout the row.
⭐️Tricep Kickback ⭐️
⚠️Make sure to extend your elbow all the way at the top of the movement.
⭐️Biceps Curl to Shoulder Press⭐️
⚠️Brace your core and keep your spine flat throughout the entire movement.
⭐️Plank⭐️
⚠️Do not allow your hips to drop or sag.
