Our mission is to support every baseball & softball journey. After a short while, equipment managers from other teams began inquiring about the tees. Joe H.

Joe Tanner designed the first Tanner Tee in 1988 after realizing his minor league White Sox professionals lacked a batting tee that met their needs. He went to work in the garage and came up with a prototype that was already a vast improvement to what they had in their cages. Joe began building batting tees for other professional organizations and soon realized he needed to turn his batting tee ho

bby into a business. Tanner Baseball Products, LLC was formed in the early 90s. As Tanner Tees made their way into Major League Baseball batting facilities, the demand began to slowly trickle down into colleges, then high schools, then home users. Today, Tanner Tees is the industry standard for batting tees. Joe' original tee design has been refined and fine-tuned over the years, and the result is the best tee training experience a hitter can get.
