We are having three free kettlebell circuit training classes at Sun Outdoors Sarasota. John Bruno Strength and Conditioning has invested nearly $4000.00 in brand spanking new professional grade kettlebells for our clients and class participants to change their lives for the better. The class will be taught by our Sun Outdoors personal training staff: John J. Bruno, Dana Vinson, and Jim Ragan to insure everyone has adaquate coaching.
