I finally created a little space inside the shop for intimate sound baths, restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra, meditation and other small wellness experiences.

It isn’t a traditional yoga studio, and it isn’t perfect—but sometimes nothing in life is perfect. If we keep waiting for the perfect space or the perfect time, we may never begin. So I’m beginning with what I have, making it my own and creating something meaningful within it.

Starting next month, the first recurring experience offered here will be Wednesday Night Deep Reset—a signature two-hour restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra and sound-healing experience from 6:00–8:00 PM.

There is room for only three people, allowing each indoor gathering to feel quiet, personal and connected.

During the cooler, more comfortable months, some gatherings may also be held outside in the SDR Gardens, surrounded by the plants, fresh air, moon and stars.

If you’ve been looking for a smaller and more intimate place to relax and reset, I would love to have you join me.
