"Does cold affect e-bike range?" ❄️☃️🌬️

Yes - Cold significantly degrades ebike performance, primarily by reducing battery range by 30–50% due to slowed chemical reactions and increased internal resistance. Cold weather also causes "voltage sag" (less power to the motor), sluggish gear/brake operation.
