Kai and I always start off with a dynamic warm up. This includes biking, agility ladder, hurdle hops. Next we work on footwork coordination with ready and neutral stance. (Emphasis on keeping his feet wider than his shoulders!) Last but not least, time to hit. Making sure his point of contact is out in front of his body and finishing the swing. Great work Kai, this course of action will lead to progression 📈 possibly a broken iPhone 11 Pro too 😵
