NEW CLASS: Mobility & Strength: Lower Body - Jefferson Fit 💪

If you love Estefanny’s Tuesday morning class, you’re going to love this new addition to the schedule!

Starting Thursday at 9am, Estefanny is bringing a lower-body training class to the outdoor turf designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and support long-term joint health.

This class focuses on:

• Lower-body strength
• Hip and knee support
• Better range of motion
• Movement quality
• Progress you can actually track

All levels are welcome, with progressions and regressions built into every session.
