How to lose 15lbs by July 8th.
63 days from now will be July 8th.
The peak of summer time.
Maybe you have some beach days on the calendar with your family and friends.
What you decide to do after reading this post will determine how you look on that day.
You see, there are two types of people around this time of year.
Type A) realize that in order to look their best come the peak of summer, they need to build a foundation that is built on lean muscle, not just fat loss.
And lean muscle takes time to build.
Working with a coach to create a plan of action that fits with their lifestyle, goals, schedule, and past experiences.
Or,
Type 😎 look for another easy way out, like the latest diet trend, intense workout protocols, or even Ozempic.
Then overtime starting to look the same, just lighter.
“Shinny fat” if you will.
Only to put on the pounds again over the next few months.
Repeating the cycle year after year.
Here is the thing most coaches don’t talk about.
But I will be real with you.
The best time to start was years ago.
But, the next best time to start is today.
The beautiful thing is…
Is that there are only 3 main elements that you should be focused on when building your summer body.
Get 10k steps per day
Eat in a slight caloric deficit
Strength train 2-3 times per week for not more than 30 minutes
But in coaching busy professionals over the last 17 years…
I’ve found that late night snacking is one of the main ’summer body’ killers for this demographic.
So not only will we eat in a way where you aren’t that hungry late at night (while still staying in a deficit).
But also signal to your brain that you are done eating, and winding down for the night.
It also helps with your sleep quality, to wake up energized and refreshed vs. groggy and still tired, needing 3 coffees to just get through the day.
Now, I have good news and bad news.
