CrossFit Open 24.2 completed

Today’s workout was a 20 minute AMRAP of the following
(my workout was scaled):

300m row
10 deadlifts at 95 lbs
50 single-unders

I completed 7 rounds + 90m on the rower. I’m happy with this as I don’t think I could have worked any harder. As someone who has struggled with back pain off and on for years, the thought of quick deadlift is a bit scary, but I’m super pleased that I was able to complete these with a good pace and pain free! 🙌
Also, I could barely even do a single-under when I joined CrossFit and now they seem easy, so it’s time to work on the double-unders!

A massive shout out to my partner and judge who also smashed her workout today 💪

That was hard but I’m happy! Just completed the first workout of my first ever CrossFit open at !

We had a 15 minute cap and my goal was just to complete the workout in that time. I was surprised that I was able to complete the scaled workout in 12.45. Coach says I need to work on my sn**ch technique a bit but I’ll take it.

Massive thanks to coach .ray and my amazing partner/judge .rodriguez1 who also smashed her workout!
