Food Tip of the week is HIIT STYLE— as promised, ten minutes or LESS. 🙌🏻 We know it’s SATURYAY & we gotta get in that quick workout so we can get to COLLEGE FOOTBALL WATCHIN’. I hear ya loud and clear folks. So here’s an easy breezy shortcut to a fully balanced, appropriately portioned meal with complex carbs, hella protein, and those greens your body neeeeeds. and .form rarely find time to breathe, let alone workout AND cook?! Phewf. We know you can relate so here it is baby:
Minute rice (brown for the protein & complex carbs, )
1 can chickpeas (no idea of the brand I got them at a gas station 😂)
1 dollop of coconut oil ( 🎯)
1 dollop of pesto ( Filipo Brito Classic)
1 handful mixed greens ( Organic Girl good clean greens — so many handles with that name, if you know the tag please send me the edit!)
1 all purpose fave seasoning (I used ‘s “Original Essence” — thanks for the BAM, Chef 🙌🏻)
Organic Garlic & Herbs EVOO ( )
Himalayan pink sea salt & fresh ground pepper!
