Congrats to this weeks Spartan of the week senior sprinter Braeden Waldron ! Braeden swept the Sectional Championship sprint races winning the 100m dash in a new lifetime best of 11.36, winning the 200m in a new lifetime best of 22.75 and winning the 400m in a new lifetime best of 52.12, in addition to running the second leg on the winning 4x100 relay team !

Congrats to 8th grade sprinter Alyse Liberty on being selected this week’s Spartan of the week for her performance at the Section 7 Championships. Alyse was the lead off leg for the winning 4x100 and 4x400 relays, won the 400 hurdles and placed 3rd in the triple jump in a new personal best on Saturday !

🚨 SECTION RECORD BROKEN 🚨 The girls 4x400 relay squad smashed the Section 7 record set by EKMW of 4:03.12 set in 2006 when they ran a 3:59.60 to place second at the Warwick Valley Fast Times Relays tonight!! This also eclipsed the school record of 4:05.39. The squad of Alyse Liberty, Sarah Lavigne, Brooke Hanson and Eve Liberty ! Congrats !

For the first time in school history the boys and girls programs have completed the “triple double”! Both boys and girls teams have won the cross country, indoor and outdoor championships in the same year ! What an incredible accomplishment! Congratulations to all team members on a historic 2026!
