Tiffany Drake, Stephanie Sears, Sarah Dantuano, and Megan Cook are paddling the C-4 under the State Bridge in the midst of Day 3 in the 2006 Adirondack Canoe Classic. The second photo is from Day one, at the end of Brown's Tract. The foursome made it over the beaver dam, and Megan did a great job of steering the Hale Goose around the bend.

Tiffany Drake was quite whooped after the 2006 Canton Canoe Weekend. We stopped at McCarthy's Restaurant in Canton after the races on Saturday, and I believe the stickybun knocked her out.

Paul Smith's had a great time at the Madrid Canoe Regatta this Saturday. Harrison Sopp learned from veteran paddler Gary McLain in the men's amateur class, Patrick Nicholson and Kimberly Bain took a hard fought 2nd in mixed stock, and alumni Dylan Kirk ('14) and Peter Ross ('88) won the NYMCRA Dash for Ca$h.

For the last practice of the spring season we took to Lake Placid. The wind coopered and everyone managed to keep the round side down. Lauren Brieant captured some excellent photos of the team on one of the most pristine lakes in the the United States.

It is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to Matt Williams, Lenore Elizabeth, Lauren Brieant, Sam Annable and Colin Clark who will not be returning to Paul Smith's College next fall. We wish you the best of luck in all of your future endeavors!

For the rest of the team, it's time to start thinking about 90-miler partners...
