🤴🏼KING and 👸🏼QUEEN of the hill!
They raced to the top of that enormous hill, across from SHS - after they already ran sprints, 6 hill repeats, and some threshold miles! It’s a steep 0.4 miles of chunky gravel. Congratulations King Joel (2:47) and Queen Ida (3:28).

👟🎆🔥HOKA Night XC Showcase🔥🎆👟

We raced in Geneva, OH yesterday! There were 4,210 runners in 14 races! It was a crazy XC carnival! Our GOLD teams raced after dark on courses lined with lights. Brought home some medals, too. Left at noon on Saturday, home at 2am Sunday! Thank you to Missy for driving the bus so these kids could compete at an epic meet this season!
