Let somebody else handle the turkey this Thanksgiving, because you’ll be bringing the cake with this b***y building crash course! Learn how to activate, train, and build your backside to reduce low back pain, prevent injury, and just look cute yet
dangerous.
This 1-week workshop will teach you key movements, techniques, and progressions
to help you build stronger glutes, legs, and core. We’ll begin with the essential lifts,
such as proper squat, deadlift, and hip thrust form and then delve into more specific
techniques and hip stability exercises that will prevent pain/injury and encourage
muscular gain in the targeted areas.
This workshop is for anyone looking to strengthen their lower half and learn how to
properly use barbells/dumbbells in the gym. This is for all ages and athletic ability,
and it is especially beneficial with anyone looking to reduce low back pain.
Alternative modalities can be adjusted to fit your personal needs and desires.
Duration: 1 week
Tues/Thurs @ 6pm-7:30pm
November 7th - November 9th
Sessions include:
30 minutes for demonstration and teaching the movements
1 hour for a full lower-body workout to put your movement to practice
Space is limited to allow for close work w/ instructor and partner workouts
