Having worked with everything from small family centers to large dealerships throughout Sonoma and Solano Counties, since 1993, I have the strategic partnerships established that can be sure the job is done right the first time. With direct experience as service technician, parts manager, service writer, shop foreman and customer service, I know what it takes to be sure every aspect of your experience is as easy and enjoyable as possible. I have extensive training and is factory trained with Fleetwood factory training 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003. HWH factory trained in leveling jacks and slideout control in 2002. Customer said his sky light showed a leak. After some investigating, we found a cracked sky light and dry rot in the roof. A quick roof patch, new sky light and roof reseal the customer is back on the road.
