Beginner-friendly yoga that focuses on slow, mindful movements, gentle stretches, and deep breathing to help you unwind and find inner calm. Variations and options available for all levels and abilities. Whether you’re easing into your yoga journey or simply seeking a peaceful way to move your body, this session provides the perfect opportunity to stretch, breathe, and rejuvenate. Come as you are, and leave feeling refreshed and centered. Please bring a yoga mat.

A grounding, heart-opening practice to soothe the nervous system and awaken embodied presence.

This floor-based, gentle yoga class invites you into a slower rhythm - one that supports healing, flexibility, and deep inner connection.
Whether you’re navigating pain, fatigue, or simply seeking a juicy, mindful stretch, this class will meet you exactly where you are.

We’ll move through nourishing postures, breath, and intuitive presence - closing with a soothing mini sound bath to integrate.

This class is adaptable and inclusive. Come as you are, and receive exactly what your body needs.

She starts shrinking.
She starts saying yes to things she doesn’t want.
She laughs less - or only politely.
She disconnects from her body, her desire, her spark.
She might still be doing all the ‘right’ things… but inside, she’s flickering.

I’ve been her.

You get to feel good just because it feels good.

You don’t have to earn it. You don’t have to prove it. You don’t have to put yourself last anymore.

You are your greatest asset.
Your fulfillment.
Your energy.
Your love.
Your connection.
Your radiance.

It’s not selfish.
It’s not indulgent.
It’s sacred.

When you fill your own cup, you pour from overflow…into your children, your partner, your purpose, your community, your creations.

Your joy is not a luxury.
It’s your contribution.
It ripples into the world through everyone you encounter.

You get to come home to yourself.
Now…not when it’s all handled (that’s a moving carrot we chase anyway).

What if the pressure to be “strong” was never yours to carry?
What if the silence you learned to live with was never meant to become your truth?

You may not call it the father wound.
But you know the feeling.

The way your chest tightens when you think you have to handle it all.
The way your body braces when you ask for help - or don’t.
The way your worth got tied to what you do, not who you are.

This is the imprint.
Of absence. Of tension. Of performance.
It lives in the body.
In the moments you over-function, over-guard, over-give.
It lives in the breath you keep holding.

But your body remembers another way.

Anchored at Last

You give your time. Your energy. Your heart.
And maybe somewhere along the way, you learned to say:
“I’m fine.”
Even when you weren’t.

But under the schedules and the selflessness…
There’s a whisper your body still hears:

“I need space.”
“I want to feel like me again.”
“I can’t keep doing it all.”

And then comes the guilt:
“Is it selfish to take time for myself?”
“What if I fall behind?”
“Will it all fall apart if I step away?”

I’ve felt that, too.

But here’s what I’m learning - and maybe you are, too:
You don’t have to earn joy.
You don’t have to prove you’re worthy of rest.
You get to choose it.
Not as an escape… but as a return.

Sacred Play isn’t a retreat to fix you.
It’s a soft homecoming to the parts of you that got quiet.
